Your Cottage

With Cedar Spring's condominium-like legal arrangements, there are building and use restrictions on your cottage property. Approval from the Cedar Springs Community Club is required for you to rent your cottage, sell your cottage, conduct external construction on your cottage or to make use of your cottage during the off-season.
